The State of the NSW Public Sector Report is the Public Service Commissioner’s independent assessment of the performance, notable achievements, challenges and priorities of the NSW public sector.
This edition addresses topics related to workforce management, the performance of senior leaders, workplace cultures, diversity and inclusion, and positioning the public sector workforce so that it can best deliver outcomes for the people of NSW now and into the future.
