The Service NSW Government Directory contains information about the current contact details for government departments, agencies, boards committees and trusts within New South Wales.
The NSW legislation website is the primary source of information about the legal structure of the NSW Government. The NSW Parliament website has information about NSW Government Ministers.
The Governance Arrangements chart (PDF, 283 KB) is a high-level summary of NSW Government agencies established under Schedule 1 of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 (NSW) and state-owned corporations established under Schedule 5 of the State Owned Corporations Act 1989 (NSW). A range of other statutory bodies and statutory positions are established under separate legislation, which can be found on the NSW legislation website.
The Guide to the NSW Public Sector is an information resource that describes the structure of, and governance arrangements for, the NSW Government and NSW Government entities. The Guide provides insights that will help in developing the structure and frameworks for new government agencies, among other things.
