Implementing the Goward Review recommendations

The NSW Government is committed to providing respectful workplaces.

The Hon. Pru Goward recently delivered a report on policies and procedures in Ministerial offices. You can read this important report here.

The Premier supports the recommendations made in this report and DPC is seeking the views of current and former Ministerial staff and other key stakeholders on how the recommendations should be implemented.

If you are a current or former Ministerial staffer, you can provide feedback online by using the form below. Feedback can be provided anonymously. You do not have to provide contact details or identify yourself unless you want to.

DPC would like your feedback by 16 July 2021 so that implementation can commence.

Your feedback is important to us and will help ensure that the positive changes recommended in the report are put into practice. 

We appreciate that some people may feel concerned or upset by the issues raised in the Review report. If you do feel distressed, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides free, confidential and independent counselling and support via Converge International on 1300 687 327.

How your views will be used

Your feedback will help ensure that the positive changes recommended in the report are put into practice and assist us to develop a Respectful Workplace Policy for Ministerial Offices – a key recommendation of the report.

Your privacy

DPC is seeking your feedback to guide implementation of the report. Your information may be provided to independent experts engaged by DPC to assist with the implementation of the report.

DPC will not disclose your personal information to anybody else unless we are required to do so by law.
