David Jackson QC conducted the Inquiry into the establishment of the Medical Research and Compensation Foundation.

NSW Crime Commission

The Inquiry looked at whether the NSW Crime Commission is complying with the NSW Crime Commission Act 1988 and the Criminal Assets Recovery Act 1990 in the exercise of its functions.
