Glenn King

Glenn King is the NSW Customer Service Commissioner as well as a Deputy Secretary of the Department of Premier and Cabinet, leading the Premier’s Implementation Unit, Behavioural Insights Unit and the Communications and Engagement branch.

Glenn has considerable experience in leading organisations and divisions, and has a strong customer, people and performance focus.

With an extensive executive background, Glenn has worked domestically and internationally in the finance, public service and not-for-profit sectors.

Former NSW Customer Service Commissioner

Michael Pratt AM was NSW's first Customer Service Commissioner.

Appointed in 2012, Michael advocated for the need to put customers at the heart of NSW Government service delivery.

On August 2017, Michael was appointed as the 27th Secretary of NSW Treasury and NSW Industrial Relations.
