In late 2018, the NSW Treasurer asked the NSW Customer Service Commissioner to review the impacts of new government infrastructure on small businesses and make recommendations to improve the small business experience. This work is currently underway.
NSW Housing Aquisition Review
The Commissioner’s NSW Housing Acquisition Review 2016 was triggered by concerns in relation to WestConnex. It incorporates lessons and makes improvements to the way in which acquisitions are carried out across the sector.
Leading the Way
The Commissioner presented Leading the Way: Building and Maintaining Ethical Workplace Culture to the Public Service Commission conference on Ethics and Leadership in the Public Sector in May 2015.
