External Investigative Authorities
Where a person making a complaint is dissatisfied with the outcome of DPC’s review of their complaint, they may seek an external review of our decision (by the Ombudsman for example).
A complaint has the right at any time to escalate his or her complaint to an agency that is external to DPC.
