Sesquicentenary Of Responsible Government

Celebration and Commemoration

In 2006, New South Wales celebrated 150 years of responsible government.

A committee was appointed to research those years.

This project will commemorate the events of 1856, and research the history of the
NSW Parliament, the institutions created and the scholarly works that contributed
to the political development of this state.
