The 2006-07 Strategic Management Framework (pdf) - guides agencies in service delivery planning, resource allocation and performance management. The Framework is not meant to be prescriptive. It is up to the individual agency to determine how best to meet its planning, budgeting and reporting obligations.

It also identifies the main reporting requirements that flow from these processes.
