The Fast Track Graduate Program

The NSW State Plan outlined the NSW Government’s intention to introduce a Fast Track Graduate Program to assist the long-term growth of a skilled and capable public sector workforce.

The program aims to position the sector as an ‘employer of choice’ for high potential candidates and differs from existing agency specific graduate programs by offering cross agency rotation and providing an opportunity for accelerated career development.
