Registering displaced employees with the Recruitment and Redeployment Unit

  • Registration with the Recruitment and Redeployment Unit (RRU) is only available to permanent employees from participating NSW public sector agencies whose position has been deleted due to organisational change. Registration is also available for permanent employees who are potentially displaced.
  • Agency case managers are responsible for registering displaced employees with the RRU using the e-registration form.
  • The case manager must check all information on the completed form to ensure it is correct and that it complies with registration guidelines.
  • Completed forms should be accompanied by the employee’s current resume and a statement of special needs or restrictions on employment (if appropriate), and emailed to rrsu@dpc.nsw.gov.au.
