Managing Displaced Employees
The New South Wales Government is committed to providing employees who have been displaced through organisational change with every opportunity for sector-wide redeployment.
Displaced employees must be registered with RRU to be considered for sector-wide redeployment. Agency case managers must register displaced employees by completing the registration form and sending it to rrsu@dpc.nsw.gov.au.
Agencies are responsible for managing their displaced employees with the support of the Recruitment and Redeployment Unit (RRU), Department of Premier and Cabinet.
Employees who have received an offer of voluntary redundancy can use HR eXpert to calculate their payout figure.
