Mobility and Transfers
Public sector employees who move to another agency or work location because of promotion, transfer or redeployment may be able to transfer some of their leave entitlements to their new NSW public sector role. This does not apply if the transfer is to/from a State-owned corporation. Transfer of entitlements is generally available where service with public sector employers remains continuous.
Public sector employees may be transferred - permanently or temporarily - to any public sector agency following consultation with the employee. For further information on transfers, go to:
