NOTE: Tax treatment on payments for eligible termination payment will change from 1 July 2007. Until the system is updated the estimated results generated by the Voluntary Redundancy module will not apply all of the tax treatment changes. If you are considering taking voluntary redundancy you should seek advice from a professional financial advisor and your Human Resources area about your entitlements post 1 July 2007.
The HR eXpert System provides self service access to advice on employment conditions and entitlements for staff employed under the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002 (PSEMA). Current modules which are available relate to -

HR eXpert takes you through interactive inquiries providing advice specific to your circumstances. You are asked straightforward questions but behind these is a very complex rule base based on all relevant legislation and documentation You will have access to accurate information about your conditions and entitlements without needing to understand the rules behind them.
The HR eXpert Agency List Inquiry allows you to access a comprehensive Agency List which provides details of NSW and other Australian government agencies. You can search the list to find individual agencies, using any of the many names they are known by, This will provide details of the agency and allow you to track them over time by identifying their predecessors and successors. You can also download an excel spreadsheet which contains details of all agencies in the list.
