Graduate Diploma in Public Administration
The Graduate Diploma in Public Administration is an eighteen months part-time post graduate qualification. Six units are delivered by the Graduate School of Government at the University of Sydney.
Core teaching focuses on policy development, leadership, strategic administration and public sector finance. A work based research project, mentoring, and individual leadership development assessment and planning are included in the program.
Participants are primarily drawn from State government organisations with a small number of students from non government organisations and overseas. Classes are held at the University of Sydney.

The target group is high potential employees at Grade 11/12 and above (or equivalent) in State government organisations and senior managers in NGOs.
The annual application process is coordinated by public sector agencies and non government organisations and funded by the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
