Executive Fellows Program
The Executive Fellows Program is a three weeks residential program conducted by the Australia and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG).
Core teaching focuses on four themes – understanding the big picture context, managing strategically in the public sector, managing political, stakeholder and internal relationships, and leadership and managerial capabilities. Presenters generally include a mix of respected Australian and international academics, senior public servants and past or current politicians.
Participants are drawn from government jurisdictions across Australia and New Zealand. Eight places are allocated to NSW. There is one program in October/November each year which is held in varying capital cities. Detailed course information is available from ANZSOG.
The target group is upper level executives at SES 3 and above - particularly the two levels below CEO.
The annual application process takes place from approximately May to June and is coordinated by the Department of Premier and Cabinet. Fees are met by agencies.
Enquiries regarding the application process can be directed to courses@dpc.nsw.gov.au.
