Changes in Lobbyists' Details

The NSW Government Lobbyist Code of Conduct requires that a Registered Lobbyist must submit updated Lobbyist’s Details to the Director General of the Department of Premier and Cabinet in the event of any change to the Lobbyist’s Details as soon as practicable, but no more than 10 business days after the change occurs.
 
From 1 February 2009, please use this form to notify the Department of any changes in your details. The Department is in the process of developing an online facility which will be available as soon as possible. Registered lobbyists will be notified when that facility is available.
 
Completed forms can be submitted by email to nswlobbyistsregister@dpc.nsw.gov.au. Alternatively, they can be sent by fax to (02) 9228 5542.
