Strategic Initiatives & Performance
The Strategic Initiatives & Performance Group undertakes project-based work on specific strategic issues and reforms identified as part of the Government’s priority agenda, including regulatory reforms aimed at cutting red tape.
The Group makes use of dedicated internal resources as well as expertise drawn from relevant areas within DPC, the broader public sector and beyond. It also manages the state plan, NSW 2021. It monitors and manages public sector performance to support the efficient, productive and effective delivery of the NSW Government’s priorities.
The Department is currently undergoing a reorganisation. While the overarching structure has been determined, the structure at the next level is still being configured.
