Delivery & Implementation
The Delivery & Implementation Group leads and coordinates reform implementation to deliver the NSW Government's priorities, particularly as articulated in NSW 2021.
The Group facilitates major public and private sector projects to enhance the economic and social wellbeing of NSW (excluding those led by Infrastructure NSW), and works with agencies to ensure the delivery of services on time, within budget and to the community’s expectations. This work encompasses the Commission of Audit and specifically addresses systemic barriers to the delivery of reform outcomes across rural and regional NSW.
The Department is currently undergoing a reorganisation. While the overarching structure has been determined, the structure at the next level is still being configured.
